Hello, Raiders! I am Alyce Neiman, and I am incredibly proud and honored to serve as the principal of Eagle Lake Primary School.

I have spent the past 17 years in education, serving students, teachers, and families.

My husband and I have been married for 21 years, and we are blessed with three children of our own. As both an educator and a mom, I believe every child deserves to feel known, supported, and excited to come to school. I believe in the unwavering belief that our little Raiders can do big things. It is a true privilege to serve the students, staff, families, and community of Eagle Lake.
